Pet care experience
I have grown up with pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, even a guinea pig) and love playing with and helping with my parents' pets when I visit. I have experience pet sitting for dogs, cats, fish, and guinea pigs. I have nannied for families with dogs and cats and get to know their routines and behaviors. In my family, pets are family too and are treated as such.

My regular day job involves travel to people's homes so I am comfortable with transitioning between home environments and respectful of family procedures, rules, and cultures. I will treat your pet as I would want someone to treat the family pets I grew up with.

I would need to know if your dog has any allergies or known routines for coming into the house. It would also be helpful to know if your dog has problems with being around other animals or being around vehicles as they may come up on walks (barking at cars, being scared of other animals or jumping at them, etc).
A typical day
I am happy to walk your dogs in your neighborhood or at a local park in walkable distance. I enjoy playing fetch with dogs and giving them time to just relax and soak up getting pets when the dog is ready for some downtime.

I am off of my regular day job for the summer and have wide availability. Happy to help with morning or evening routines as well as walks at a variety of times of day.
