I'm from Venezuela and at the age of 8, I had my first dog, which I had dreamed of having for as long as I can remember. My mum found our dog, Scotty, while waiting for my dad to finish work. Scotty sat right in front of the door, and my mum couldn't resist the cuteness it brought. From that day on, our home became a shelter for dogs and cats. We provided them with a warm home, food, and love, and when they were ready, we found them new families to adopt them. It's one of the things that makes me most proud of who I am. My cat came into my life when I was 13, and he became my best friend. Now, at 15 years old, he still lives with my parents. Unfortunately, he's too old to endure such a long flight to the UK. I've lived with both newly born and very elderly dogs and cats, and I understand the specific needs of each stage of an animal's life. I'm committed to providing them with the care and attention they deserve.
