Pet care experience
Hi! I have a lot of experience with dogs, in particular rescue dogs. With now a Greek rescue, a dumped rescue and recently my sisters Romanian rescue joining the family. (Not all living with me). I have pet sat for many years since I was younger. Have had both doggies come to my house and me stay at theres for vacations. My favourite being a little black cockerpoo who was my Greek rescues favourite. I regularly pet sit for my sister, do walks for her both training and fun ones, also have him in at ours for day care often. . I have experience with looking after reactive dogs, hyper dogs, the crazy puppy phase dogs (even the teething phase) and calm as a cucumber dogs. There is not much I haven’t done. My job is also working with dogs. I love animals and simply want them to all be as happy and calm as can be. We bring them into the world so giving back to them is all we can do 🥰

I have a 6ft fence yard, and my house has been checked my rescues for fostering and I adhere to all the requirements with gates/6ft enclosed garden, enough space in the house. Safe feeding. I have also had this checked for my job. I have two dogs in the house who are absolute saints. They love the company and any dog that comes to visit is received with a warm welcome. I also have seatbelts in my car for any dog travelling with me.

Let me know if your dogs likes and dislikes. I.e. loves their kong, dislikes men etc. happy to deal with many dislikes as long as disclosed. Also great to know what sort of exercise your dog likes, do they like busy walks/quiet walks. We walk all dogs by our horses so if they haven’t seen or don’t like horses please do let me know and we can walk them in our other field without. Also, if you would like them to get some horse experience let me know.
A typical day
A fun day with the dog really depends on each dog, not all of them find the same thing fun so it’ll depend on what you tell me your dog likes. We always have lots of enrichment, kongs. We always have play time in the garden every hour or so and the dogs love it. If your doggie is staying on the weekend then we typically do a long walk on a common, or they can come to our stables to be walked while visiting the horses. We also sometimes take a long walk down our canal. Often on weekends we have an enclosed field hire, so I’d you’d like your dog to come along to one do let me know! Nap time is normally always in the afternoon.

Availability
Currently, I work full time during the week so am just offering weekend services, and weekday evenings. So if you’d like to go out for a meal with your family and want someone to sit with your dog, likewise if you are away for the weekend I am happy to do so. In February I will be working from home two days a week so will be available for dog sitting, boarding and check in services during the week on these days.
