Pet care experience
I'm an active stay at home mother of two and an avid animal lover. I grew up surrounded by animals; boston terrier, yorkie mix, cocker spaniel, and dachshund are some of the dog breeds we had, as well as cats, hamsters, fish, lizards, and iguanas. I also have experience caring for my parents' dogs, a great dane and a yorkie. My family doesn't currently have any dogs of our own, due to kids with allergies, but our two cats keep me mostly caught up on snuggles. I do miss the company of a great dog, though, and would love the opportunity to care for yours! I'm up for a run or long walk with your highly active dog, or some belly rubs and tlc with your older or quieter dog.

Rayna has been a pet owner her entire life, from growing up with a family dog and a pair of black cats named Trick and Treat, to moving her cat Andy from Oklahoma to a small apartment in New York City. When we were in college, she took in a litter of stray kittens that were born under the back porch and nursed them back to health, sticking it out through a pretty serious flea infestation. Most recently she took in a 4-month-old stray, named Cassiopeia, and saw her through a case of ringworm that required her to be quarantined in a bathroom for a month, given topical medicine twice daily, and dipped in a foul-smelling sulphur bath. Needless to say, Rayna has a soft spot for animals, of any kind. I can't think of anyone else I would trust more to look after my pet than her.
Rayna has always been great with animals, both large and small. She has had family pets since childhood and is loving, patient, responsible, and kind.
