Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Raymond though I go by Chip. Ive been working with dogs full time for just over a year now. I quit my executive job and have embraced my passion and love for our four legged friends. I love Rover because it gives me a chance to meet and care for so many different pups. I've been a volunteer dog walker for the Seattle Animal Shelter for almost a year. I'm excited to report that Ive recently completed some advanced dog handling training with other shelter volunteers! I'm comfortable caring for, engaging in play with and walking dogs of all different levels of reactivity and temperament. I'm happy to care for the sweet and cuddly or the timid and nervous.

The best sitter we’ve ever had! He went above and beyond with his care, updates and attention to Zelda.
Chip was wonderful with our dogs. One is very old and has some special needs and the other is nervous around strangers. But they both relaxed with him at the meet and greet, and we had nothing but a positive experience. He took great care of our house and sent us a daily update. We’ll definitely book again next time we travel if he’s free!
Chip has been awesome with my dog Humboldt. My rescue pup can be a little bit of a handful sometimes because he's reactive around other dogs, but Chip has been very patient and accommodating with him. I look forward to booking again with Chip in the future!

My apartment sadly does not allow dogs :( I will only be able to care for your pup on the go, taking them for walks or by coming to your home for visits or overnight stays.

I'd just like to know general information: allergies, any kind of reactivity or anxietys they have to the outside world, what their general schedule is, and any likes or dislikes! This gives me the tools to care for each animal individually to best suit their needs.
A typical day
I believe that a good long walk with lots of good smells is the best way to stimulate your dog both mentally and physically. I'm happy to bring a dog to a dog park, but walking around the neighborhood or a park like the Ballard locks, does wonders for daily stimulation.
