Raymell and Serenity were simply amazing. This was our first time using any app to have a pup watched, and for house sitting in general, and I am so glad we found Ray and Serenity. They were in constant communication with us our entire 5 day trip. We received updates for Ushi (our 12 week boston puppy), great pictures, and came back to our apartment cleaner than we left it (and I thought it was pretty damn clean!). All instructions we left for them were followed, and they promptly asked questions the moment they were unsure about anything. If I could leave more stars I would. We got stuck in San Diego a little longer than expected due to the tropical storm and Ray and Serenity were EXTREMELY accommodating and empathetic to our situation. THANK YOU BOTH!

Ray and Serenity were amazing. Thoughtful sitters for our house, great communicators and wonderful humans. Our new dog decided to be especially feisty with our old dog while they were there and the adapted to the situation with grace. They went above and beyond with the garden, pets and caring for our home. Even Merlin the cat has deemed them "acceptable" (he has very high standards) and allowed them to serve him. It was a comfort to have them in our home and we look forward to having them sit for us again anytime - especially if we can get Zelda to behave herself.
