Pet care experience
I relearned everything I thought I knew about caring for animals when I got my special needs buddy, Pupa, in 2016. He has been a masterclass in patience, recognizing warning signs, performing calming techniques, and reinforcing positive behavior. Through his teachings I have been able to better care for every furry friend I encounter.

Whenever I need help with my dog or someone to look after him when I travel, Rayce is always the first person I call. He has always had a connection with animals that makes them behave better when he is around. He loves his pets and treats every animal like his own.

A typical day
With a low energy pet, I typically walk them until they are content. After the walk I will sit with them and give them relaxing pets. With high energy pets, the walk can be a run. Fetch is a must, if there is a dog park or enclosed area. With non-reactive pets, tug-of-war and horsing around is a good windows activity.

I work full-time, so I am primarily available to for pet care on nights and weekends. Midday visits on weekdays can be made if the pet is in or near downtown San Marcos.
