I recently booked Ravyn to board my dog for a weekend since I had boarded him with her on a previous trip a few years ago with no issues. However since then her situation has changed drastically and her profile is not at all up to date. She now has 3 large Rottweilers (mom and 2 full grown pups) and the house is definitely not non-smoking. I have an adult male Doberman who is the sweetest dog in the world, but he is a dominant male dog and over the weekend got ganged up on by a pack of 3 dogs who were at least as big, if not bigger, than he is. Shortly after picking him up I discovered he was been bitten during the stay which ended up requiring a visit to the Vet, antibiotics, and about a week of close monitoring as the wound was open and leaking. I think Ravyn really cares about dogs, but she needs to update her profile and I would absolutely not recommend using her if you have a large dog, especially if it's male. Not counting boarding fees I ended up paying about $160 in Vet bills and losing a $70 dog bed due to cigarette smoke. The Vet did agree with my opinion that the bite didn't appear to be vicious - more likely an accident - but it still breaks my heart knowing he was ganged up on all weekend and had to experience such a painful wound.

Ravyn was amazing and trustworthy! She was gracious to give updates and photos to put our minds and hearts at ease so we could enjoy our trip. We will definitely be using Ravyn in the future.
