Pet care experience
Hello! I've been caring for dogs and cats for myself and others for many years now, and I know how to provide loving and thorough care for pets of all sizes and temperaments; additionally, I now work as a canine coach and shift lead at a local doggy daycare, and as a result I've gotten particularly good at reading animal body language, handling, and effective ways of nurturing positive behaviors. At home with my parents, my boys are pitbull/German Shepard/Mastiff mixes, and they're a handful!; but worth all the time and energy just as yours are. I adore caring for pets and will happily walk your dog in all weather it can. With some professional dog-grooming experience, I can also provide baths for an extra fee, and spend a long time pampering your pooch. So long as you provide all the necessary details and instructions regarding your expectations and the wants/needs of your pets, I assure you'll have no worries leaving them with me!

Raven has been a dog sitter for my family several times and each time she goes above and beyond making sure the dogs are happy and comfortable. She really cares about each animal and makes an effort to gain their trust and affection. By the end of her time dog sitting you could really tell she knew each dog and their individual quirks that make them unique and fun. She also made an effort to keep us updated with how the dogs were doing which really helped decrease our worry during our trip. Overall it was a really great experience having Raven as a dog sitter!
Raven is great! For the last several years she's taken care of our dog and cat while we were away and was always discrete and responsible. She even became friendly with our neighbors! Most importantly our pets love her. Raven took the time to get to know them. She took our dog on long walks, played with our cat at home and fed them to my (somewhat particular) requests. We highly recommend Raven. Your pets will love her.
Raven has been fabulous with our dog and cat over the past four years! She is extremely responsible, keeps in touch with text updates when we are gone overnight, and clearly loves animals (and they love her, too). She has given medications and cleaned up accidents, we never worry when she is here, whether she is just stopping in to feed and walk or house sitting with the pets. I highly recommend Raven to anyone looking for high quality pet care!
Raven is an absolute star when it comes to taking care of animals. She has a soft spot for them, and treats every pet like it's her own. Shes very punctual and is excellent at communicating plans, so there is no confusion about what's going on. I would definitely recommend Raven to help you take care of your doggy :)

No breed preferences- Please provide a detailed description of your expectations though, as well as a brief overview of their history(how socialized is your pooch, is there a history of aggression, do certain walking environments make your dog fearful, etc.) If I will need to administer medicine, what time is that appropriate? Is your dog on a strict feeding schedule? Does your cat mix food? Do we have a history of reactions to certain people, places, and actions? The general temperament and what to do in order to best get along? So long as I understand the dynamics of your pets, they will be receptive to my comfort with them and be comfortable with me in turn.
A typical day
I live near downtown Milwaukee two blocks from the lake, and I will walk your pets through parks and down sidewalks. If your dog prefers less traffic, I will walk them in more residential areas and always bring my own doggie baggies! I also like to set aside time for mental engagement, and depending on the needs of your pet this can look differently. Of course, there will be lots of affection to shower on your loved ones!

Availability
I'm currently employed at a Dogtopia location, which fuses doggy daycare, boarding, training, and spa care into one business. Morning shifts begin around 6am, and I'm usually out of work in the early afternoon and able to drop by after work then, or earlier on my off days. Occasionally I work evening shifts, and so I may be able to drop by in the mornings but need to leave early afternoon. With open communication, we can arrange something that benefits you, your baby, and myself; thank you!
