I have experience walking and caring for large and small breeds, from Mastiff’s to Yorkie’s. I am a teacher so I'm available weekdays in the evenings and on weekends for housesitting. My summer hours include mornings, afternoons and evenings. I have a dog myself, but have joint custody of him, so my boarding hours are dependent on his schedule. I will not board another dog while mine is home or take on house sitting other than drop-ins when he is home. But I can be flexible about which days I board when he is not here depending on your dog's needs, since I work from 8-3:30 each day. I believe it’s crucial to support dog’s physical and mental health through stimulating walks and play. I am good at walking dogs who are antisocial. I had my own dog who was diabetic and I am able to give insulin shots and use a glucometer. I have lots of experience with administering various medications, consumable, topical and injections. I have some experience working with a licensed therapy dog and caring for a large scope of pets: dogs, cats, rats, turtles, birds, tarantulas, geckos, and fish. I would be willing to help with additional pets if needed. I love cats, but can only do drop-ins, no boarding at this time.
