Pet care experience
Ever since I was 12 years old, I have been relied on and trusted by friends, family and clients to take care of their dogs in their absence. This year, I turned my lifelong love for canines from dogsitting, dogwalking, dog owning, and dog therapy teamwork into full-blown Dog Training Certification. So, know that is also an offering. And I lightly whisper to any and all dogs I come in contact with. I am also a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, so if calm is what you need, my calm leader energy is at your service. 🙏🏽

Rasika has so much love to give and brings unparalleled creativity and fun to her time with our LO. She has also gone above and beyond with our pets, including doggy walks with children. And, she is one of the people in our life we trust driving in LA traffic with our child. Rasika is reliable, fun, and a great part of the family!

I establish my leadership calmly, and then I greet your dog. I like to take them outside for relief / exercise or a walk and upon our return, we top off water and food. If I am allowed, I like sitting with or playing with your dog, and massaging their big joints and paws, so they feel cared for. Then if time permits, I stay in the same room and do some of my own work so they can feel my presence for a good chunk of time before I depart/they are left alone again.

A typical day
I like to find safe parks and neighborhoods to walk in. Dogs need to stimulate their sense of smell to develop their brain, so getting them outside would be a priority for me.

Availability
I own a half-husky named Zephyr who is the light of my world, and my Therapy Dog teammate. He is 10 years old, and we walk/hike 2x a day. This directly correlates to why he looks so youthful and is so intelligent, because he is exercised. So even if I exercise your dog, I hope you also get to partake in this ritual for the physical and mental well-being of your baby. Not to mention for your bond!
