Pet care experience
I live in a smaller apartment, so my preference is smaller/medium sized dogs. However, my apartment has a resident dog park, so your pup will meet lots of new friends and have plenty of time to run free and play. I'm pretty active, so long walks are not a problem. I've grown up with dogs and even have experience working with dogs with special needs. I'd love to get to know your four legged family members and show them a great time!

Rashonda went above and beyond!
Rashonda was great with our dog, who is sometimes wary of strangers. She was very responsive when we were setting up care, and frequently checked in and sent us pics while we were away. Her apartment building has a dog park on site, which is a great benefit as well.
Rashonda watched our dog Lady right after our wedding in September 2013 for 2 WHOLE WEEKS while my husband and I were away on our honeymoon. During that time, Lady was loved on SO MUCH and was actually sad to leave when we returned. Rashonda has such a gentle touch, is incredibly patient, and knows as a dog owner herself, how to keep dogs happy, safe, and healthy. If we were still living in the DC area, there is NO ONE else I would trust our dog to other than dear Auntie Rash. :-)
We were nervous having to leave our recently adopted dog Skeeter with someone when we went out of town for the weekend. Rashonda was great and put all of our concerns to rest! She provided photos and daily updates, and agreed to a meet and greet at her apartment so we could see the layout and how she interacted with our pup. Skeeter seemed very happy when we picked her up, and we're looking forward to working with Rashonda again soon!
