I must say I was disappointed with Ra'shon and how he cared for my dog Chester. While Ra'shon sent picture updates and was responsive via text, when I picked Chester up after a 3 night stay, Ra'shon handed me his dog bed and informed me that Chester had multiple accidents of both varieties in the bed. I apologized to him, and then took both Chester and his stained and smelly bed home. After arriving home, it became readily apparent that Chester was also in need of a bath. I texted Ra'shon about whether Chester laid in the bed after using the bathroom in his bed. He confirmed that this was the case. After more discussion, Ra'shon did acknowledge that the situation should have been handled differently, and offered several apologies. Perhaps he could have placed the bed in a trash bag and saved it for me to wash. But by allowing my dog to sleep in a soiled bed, I will not be using Ra'shon again and would not recommend him to others.

Ra'shon responded to me immediately and read all about my dog before I even conformed the stay with him. He asked me questions to get to know Charlie and was very flexible and accommodating to our early drop off and late pick up. I will definitely ask him to care for Charlie again!
