I’ve had dogs in my life since I can remember and my husband has always been a dog lover too. About 7 years ago we went from dog parents to also fostering dogs from a local husky rescue. We’ve successfully fostered over 10 huskies. We are confident in our dog walking capabilities and can keep good energy around dogs. We’re respectful of other peoples homes. I highly recommend booking with Raquel! My pup is always so excited when he realizes we’re at her house. He gets plenty of snuggles and playtime, and Raquel always sends pictures as a quick update. Raquel is amazing! I'm fostering a dog that's been through some trauma and is very distrusting of new people. Raquel's calm energy led to the best meet & greet my dog has ever had! She's been the perfect balance of patient, careful, and enthusiastic with him, and while I thought it would take him weeks to warm up to her, she had him out on a walk on Day 1! 🤩She's been great with communicating with me and adjusting when my schedule is a bit chaotic - I am so grateful to have found her!

We have a large backyard. It’s not fenced in but we do have a long cable to give doggies room to play. Doggies usually love hanging out with me in my office while I’m working. We have 1 dog, Gabbana. She is a mini husky and enjoys playing with our guests when she has the energy.

A typical day
A nice walk around the neighborhood is always fun for a dog. And we always enjoy taking our dog to Gypsy Hill park to walk around and get some exercise at the dog park. Fetch is usually a dog favorite and we have lots of space and long cables for it.

I currently work from home and my husband is a stay at home dad. Sunday-Thursday one of the two of us are available and Fridays and Saturdays we are both available.
