Hello! My name is Raneem and I have a 4 year old pitte mix named Ozzy! Ozzy is a sweet-tempered, very gentle and extremely social dog, loves both humans and other dogs! We both love and enjoy having well-behaved dogs at our house! To give you an idea about my experience with dogs, I have my own dog sitting business outside of Rover, and I have been dog sitting for friends, family, and Rover clients for over 5 years now. I have 300+ hrs of volunteer hrs at the Arizona Animal Welfare League and took numerous training classes on animal behavior/shy dogs/body language/and much more. I graduated from ASU with a Psychology degree and during my undergrad I was a part of the Canine Science Collaboratory at ASU and helped with a ton of canine research on memory and cognition, and also got to work with Coyotes for a few months! (IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING WITH ME) Drop offs can be anytime, pick ups must be no later than 2pm, we can agree on a time if you need to do a later pick up but I will be adding a $15 charge if it's one dog (half of what I charge for boarding) or $20 if it's two dogs and so on. Rates will change during holidays according to holiday rates. As much as I love puppies, they still have a long way to go with potty training/knowing when to rest/not getting into things! So I will not be hosting any puppies under 1 year old! I am home most of the time and I take dogs out for potty breaks regularly! but I require that all dogs must be fully potty trained, with no "occasional accidents!" (if you have a backyard and your dog has access to it 24/7 and you're not sure if they're actually potty trained, please let me know! If your dog has separation anxiety, please let me know what do they do when left alone (with my dog) to see if they are a good fit for us! As I said I am home most of the time but I do leave the house everyday for a few hours to walk my client's dogs/run errands/gym, etc! If you're a new client and you book me for a long stay (anything more than 4 days) I might ask you to book me and drop off your dog(s) for a daycare a few days before the booking to make sure everyone is getting along! Last but not least! dogs must be dog-friendly as I have a dog of my own (who is the biggest love bug and gets along with every dog he meets!) I don't have a backyard, I walk dogs in the morning/evening and give them plenty of potty breaks in between, if your dog needs to be crated when I leave the house please bring the crate with you (if it's a short stay, I might be able to use the one I have if it's the right size for them!)
