I’m a dog lover, husband and father of 2 kids in the 10-13 age range. I work from home and I own a super chill 65lb Plott Hound who does well with other dogs. We get at least 2 walks in per day and I generally like to be active. My dogs gentle demeanor is partially just his nature, and partially because of my simple adherence to Cesar Milan’s “calm assertive” leadership approach to dogs. I believe in consistent routines (like sitting to be fed) and straight forward leadership while maintaining kind and gentle affection for dogs. I’m never harsh and don’t believe a dog is ever in “trouble” - just simple corrections and affection with no emotion attached. Rest assured I will love and take care of your pet as if it were my own.
