I love Animals! I've always had at least a couple animals at once. I've trained a fair amount as well, I've trained puppies, older dogs, cats even sometimes... and birds. Since moving into a home, my husband, roommate and I have been fostering dogs and it has been such a delight! I've decided to once again open my home to help make some money to support my rescue and fostering habits, I have found that without a dog in my home that everything feels empty. Believe me with fostering, I've been so busy with animals that I almost prefer them to humans! I'm hoping to help my husband with our bills and the fostering bills so that we can continue to help others. While we have a snake and a cat at home, they live upstairs and the dogs always stay downstairs, and any dogs that sleep over always sleep in a crate because that teaches them to have security in their home and that a crate is not punishment. I ask though, who would be better to take care of your furry or scaley baby than someone who's traveled as a missionary AND has been proven trustworthy with peoples houses time and time again? When I was a missionary I traveled the United States with a theater company and we stayed in peoples houses all over the country, it was a lot of fun and I would house sit all the time. So since I was 18 I've been entrusted as an animal and house sitter! That's 10 years alone. Not to mention I always take care of my family's house when they're out of town. So it's been about 15 years or so that I've been training and taking care of dogs. I also am available for house sitting as I've done it for many people over the years, in many states actually. so I am available long distance if need be, haha.
