We booked Randall for an in home stay. Randall had watched my pups in the past but hubby and I were in a new home now. I met with Randall the day before our trip going over his responsibilities and showing him his sleeping quarters and around the new home. While on our trip we were alerted that he was not staying over and was barely at the home. I texted Randall to ask him if he was staying at the home to which I received no response. Hubby and I had to cut our trip short and came home. Home was full of poop and pee and dogs had not been fed. Upon review of our security we found that Randall was not staying in our home but was doing 20 minute drop ins once a day (my dogs eat twice a day). While I’m our home he was on his cell phone most of the time, no play time with our pups. We have a senior dog who wears a diaper and he was in his diaper for at least 13 hours on 1 occasion. If I had the security systems in my prior home like we have now I would of never booked him again. If I could give zero stars I would. This gentleman should not be watching animals. Rover was notified with photos sent.
