I have worked in general practice veterinary hospitals and an emergency/specialty facility. I have experience working with dogs/cats of all sizes and personalities. I know that not every pet is the same, they truly have their own personalities. I work at various times throughout the week/weekend but your pet is a priority and I will be there to care for him/her on time for set appointments! Because of my experience in veterinary medicine, I work with seniors and puppies. I work with healthy dogs as well as dogs who require medications. I am comfortable working with dogs with back/neck pain and pets who have had recent surgeries. I own a Belgian Malinois, a German Shepherd, and a Husky/Shepherd. Raina was absolutely amazing with my dogs! She truly cares and gives her all to make sure they are happy and well taken care of. She has a lot of medical expertise which makes me feel very comfortable with her taking care of my pets. One of my dogs is pretty aggressive and she just spent her time letting him get comfortable with him. He usually won't let people take him out and now he gets so excited to see her. I will gladly use her again to feed and walk my dogs!

I have experience as an emergency veterinary technician and have been training in both basic and advanced cpr for dogs and cats. I won't walk old dogs or short nosed dogs more than half of an hour in one session for their health. During summer, I won't walk dogs more than half of an hour to avoid heat exhaustion. If it is too hot before the walk is over, we will return home and I will discuss crediting for future walks.

I have experience with all breeds and temperaments. I have spent a lot of time with "guard breeds" as my family and I have bred/owned German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, rottweilers, and Doberman as well as many easy tempered breeds.
A typical day
We will walk around your neighborhood or a nearby park if possible! If there is a fenced in area I would love to play fetch with your dog. I also enjoy cuddling on the couch with cats and dogs who prefer to relax.
