I grew up around dogs. My grandfather was blind so he had a seeing eye dog named Lady. I loved that dog like she was my own and took care of her long after my grandfather passed. I eventually had my own dog by the age of 12 and was known as the little girl in my neighborhood that had to kiss all the dog noses 😂! Not much has changed! I still love all the doggies and their noses, I’m still more likely to smother a pup with love than a baby and I still enjoy caring for my own 15 1/2 year old Puggle, Murphy. Our faithful, loving dog Bailey crossed the rainbow bridge at the sweet age of 16. He was a healthy, playful loving boy until his last days. We were blessed with his unconditional love and will never forget him. My three boys are giving our Murphy extra special attention now. For the first time in a long time my days are a bit more open because all three of my boys are in school. I have the time and the love to give during the week and I’d like to put that time to good use with someone else’s fur babies. I’m hoping to be able to pet all the doggies, go for more walks and share some good smooches with your special fur friends soon.
