Ragan was phenomenal! She took such good care of our boy while we were away and sent the best, most thorough updates along with a ton of pictures and videos. Her communication was great, response time immediate, and she was so easy to work out drop-off/pickup with. I felt totally comfortable leaving Ollie in her care and can't wait to use her again on our next trip out of town.
