Rafiela is amazing! She went above and beyond taking care of our cat Luna while we were away. After a key mishap, she was more than helpful and seriously put as at ease in a stressful situation. It’s hard to express just how thankful we were to have Luna in her care then. She even came an extra day to make sure everything was ok. Our girl is very territorial and does not like strangers, but it seems she warmed up to Rafiela amazingly. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much!!
