We enrolled our puppy into a puppy school in San Francisco because it was the best puppy day training school that we could find. Unfortunately, we don’t live in SF which created a logistical problem. It’s about a 45 minute drive each way to the school form our home, without traffic. We told the school that was our only concern and they recommended that we call Rafael at AwRoof Pet Concierge service. We had never used a Pet taxi service before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Tyrone and Rafael were very helpful and easy to work with. They gave us an estimated cost per trip based on google maps for distance and expected traffic and offered us a discount because we would be booking multiple trips. The trip time from the school to our home in the South Bay took between 45-65 minutes depending on traffic. Their ETA’s and updates were spot on. Over a 5 week period with school 5 days a week, they were always there on time. After the first couple of days of my being cautiously optimistic I finally realized that these guys are reliable, dedicated professionals. The only time they failed to arrive within 5 minutes of the estimated arrival time, was due to a traffic accident on 280. Even then, they provided updates so I knew what was happening. Most appreciated. Our dog was always happy and excited to see them, which speaks volumes, and put me more at ease. Without a doubt I can say that using AwRoof was a wise decision. I don’t know what we would have done without them. I’m comfortable recommending them without any reservations. If you’re looking for a Pet taxi anywhere in the Bay Area, or other Pet Services, I think you’ll be as pleased as we were.
