Paradise for Active Dogs
Pet care experience
I live on a 2 acre property within walking distance of extensive xc ski trails, hiking and running trails. I love all animals but dogs are by far my favorite. Your dog will receive just as much love and attention as my pup, Dundee. I love exercising outdoors with my pup, and I look forward to taking your dog on runs, hikes and xc skis that are suited to their physical ability. My dog, Dundee, sleeps on my bed or in her crate. We can accommodate your dog in our room or in another room depending on your preference. Mornings generally consist of a walk or run as well as some supervised freeplay in the backyard. I work in a dog friendly office and my partner works from home. Your pup will either come with me to hang out during the day and receive walks every 1.5 hours or be supervised at home and receive a potty and sniff break every 30 minutes. In the evenings we enjoy a longer hike/run/walk/ski and then supervised play time. We look forward to meeting you and your pet.

Raechel was awesome!! Gila and Francis stayed at Raechel’s house with her dog Dundee. It sounds like they had a blast playing together. She sent daily updates on the pups along with pictures. We will definitely be bugging Raechel for our future petting sitting needs, as a matter of fact as soon as I’m finished writing this review I’m going to book Raechel for an upcoming trip we have next month. Disclaimer: Raechel is my younger sister. But as a much-older sister, I think I have a pretty objective point of view. I have seen her help care for our Lab from a young age, with patience and love. She has dogsat and housesat for me, supplying my mutt with enthusiastic walks that uphold his existing training. She has even taught my dog new tricks. Her Aussie is a well-trained, well-behaved dog, especially for a puppy. This is definitely due to the diligence and enthusiasm Raechel puts into the positive reinforcement training. Any dog would be lucky to be in her care!
