I grew up with our family lab Sally, then our family dog,a golden retriever named Jake, then had my own pomeranian Cassidy for11 years. My husband and I brought our dog Grizz into the home in 2021 when our daughters were PreK age and regret nothing! We would adopt more pets if we had more resources, like a bigger yard. My kids and my husband are obsessed with animals and this would be a wonderful way to get some more dog and cat lovies and help a fellow fur parent in their time of need. We understand pets are family and need to be loved and cared for unconditionally ❤️

Fenced yard One 90 pound pit bull named Grizz (he is the one in my profile picture) Require harness and leash when on walks. Make sure animals are away from door when answering for a visitor. Will offer separate feeding locations if needed. Kids understand pets are not toys and treat them with kindness and respect.

Let me know if you doh had any medical needs. Tell me if the dog is aggressive in regards to their food - do they get protective over bones/toys/food bowl. Do they run/bolt out of the front door if the opportunity presents itself?
A typical day
We do lots of play tug of war with our pitty Grizz. Lots of encouraging "zoomies" in the back yard. Love to go to off leash dog parks when the weather permits. Tons of snuggles and attention from all the people in the house.

Availability
My husband is home from work during the winter and available all day for lots of care and attention. My kids are here before and after school and I am working out of the house roughly 5 hours a day. Our home and schedules allow for flexible pet care and attention.
