Rachele was absolutely wonderful with my two boys- Jax and Tiggs. I was out of the country for almost 3 weeks on vacation and she house-sat for me. I received daily photos and my guys adored her. When I returned, they were absolutely relaxed. They took a liking to her instantly and Rachele has a calm energy that animals really respond to. I would highly recommend her to watch your pets. She’s absolutely wonderful!

This was my first experience having a dog sitter in my home and I probably won't use Rover again. I had a 2 night stay booked for 2 adult dogs (6 and 2; they are potty trained and are home 8-9 hours alone while we work during a normal week) I came home to 3 bags of dog poop on my tv stand and floor in the living room and it looked like there were multiple accidents on the living room rug. I had to spend most of the next morning scrubbing the carpet. I was told one dog had one accident but the rug was a real mess and I cleaned up multiple stains and my kitchen trash can had 4 or 5 swiffer wet wipes in it. Also one of the dogs completely tore up a pillow sham- ate the zipper and everything. He's doesn't normally do that so I am just confused as to how long the dogs were home alone with out a potty break or a walk. I did get some photos from the stay but they are all time stamped for the 14th and none of them are outside at the dog park or on a walk. Rachele was nice, didnt mention any trouble or the pillow being torn up, or the dog pooping out bits of the pillow. I'm a little at a loss about what this experience ended up being. I feel absolutely horrible and I am so upset about leaving the boys. From the state of the house it doesn’t seem like the sitter was here on Sat; I’m working with building management to see how my building fob was used while I was out of town. I wish I had just skipped the vacation.
