Hi! My name is Rachel and I have been a dog lover for my whole life. I am a young professional working fully remotely and living in Greenwich Village. I have been dog sitting and dog walking for 15 years. Last year my parents recently got a 9 week old puppy and I spent a month living back home in Minnesota caring for him as he transitioned into our family, so I have experience with brand new puppies as well. I will care for your dog as my own! Watching dogs isn’t just a job for me, it’s something I really love to do. Your dog will have my full attention as I only sit for one dog (or household) at a time. I will follow your dog’s normal routine in order to make sure he/she is comfortable and has structure. I will also enforce any behaviors you are working on at home. I can provide photos, videos, and check in with you throughout the stay - I want you to be completely comfortable and am here to accommodate for you and your dog however I can! I love to take dogs for long walks - even during the winter! Whether you need a quick walk or an overnight stay I am happy to help! I recently moved from Chicago to NYC.
