Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of friends, family and neighbors pets ever since I was young. I have also fostered a handful of dogs within the past year. People have asked for me back time and time again :) I’m trustworthy and dependable. I love hanging out with animals and getting to know them. My dog of 15 years recently passed away to old age so i’m itching to get some quality time with some doggies❤️🩹 Spending time with animals brings me so much joy and I see our pets as the glue to our lives.

Rachel did a great job with my girls! They had never been home “alone” for as long as they were but with Rachel’s drop-ins, they did fantastic. She sent great pictures, videos and updates on how they were doing.
Rachel was great! We have an anxious dog, and Rachel was so sensitive to that and willing to move slowly to earn her trust. We really appreciated the updates. It is so hard to leave your dog when you know that she will have a hard time, and I was so grateful for how easily Rachel handled it! I would not hesitate to work with her again!
Great communication all weekend. Parker was well taken care of!

I’m attentive to each dogs specific needs and willing to cater to their needs. Water and food bowls are always maintained. Pets are interacted with and bound to have fun. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs so i’m understanding of their particular needs and the patience that comes with that. I will care and love for your pets as if they are my own, trust and reliability is so important to pet care and making you feel at ease and making sure your best friend is happy. I’m always willing to do meet and greets so you can get to know me and I can get to know you and your pet(s)! Knowing where things are and their typical schedule is always nice to know as well.

Please let me know any special needs or accommodations for your dog. I would also like to know if your dog is friendly with other dogs/people so I can know how to handle things while on walks for example.
A typical day
I love to walk around parks and trails with dogs! Giving them plenty of time to ware off some energy leaving them happy and ready for a nap. Playing fetch, tug of war and having them sniff out treats is always a go to. And if your dog is more cuddly than active, that is fine by me ;) I will play, pet and give your dog all the attention they need while you are gone to ensure you have a content and healthy animal to come home to. Your home will be respected and I’m always sure to lock doors/garages.

Availability
I work part time and have a flexible schedule. I’m willing to adjust my personal schedule to care for pets since that’s more enjoyable anyway ;) I’ll be sure to communicate my work schedule with you so we can work together in order to make sure your pet is getting the care they need and when they need it. I’m a college student working 2 jobs part time and doing some side hustles like rover to pay for my schooling and housing.
