Rachel and I have been friends for over 10 years so I have witnessed firsthand how she interacts with pets. She has her very own golden retriever (Fortune), and I can confidently say that she is the most responsible and caring person when it comes to pets. Whenever Fortune is around, I see genuine affection and love for him. When Fortune had to get eye surgery to remove a benign tumor, Rachel was worried sick and had several sleepless night worrying over her best friend, Fortune. Of course, being the strong champ that he is, Fortune had a very successful surgery. These traits highlight Rachel being an ideal candidate for Rover, and I have no doubts that she would provide excellent care and attention to any dog that she would need to walk.
