Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs for decades, including senior dogs that require a little extra love. Additionally, I volunteer as a dog foster and have welcomed my home to dogs of all backgrounds.

Rachel is a true dog lover. She grew up with dogs, has a dog friendly dog of her own & also fosters dogs. She has a good sized house with a fenced yard for playtime! Long walks are a favorite activity. Your pup will be happy & safe with Rachel for a few hours or even a sleepover. My dogs love her!

I have a little dachshund mix boy that is extremely dog friendly and would love to help care for your dog-friendly pup with me. We have a large house that has lots of space for playing, relaxing, or separating if needed. We do have a fenced yard with lots of room for exploring during potty breaks or hanging out on the deck. We are also 1/2 mile from a 24-hour emergency vet, just for that peace of mind.

I do not have much experience with special needs dogs, but depending on the circumstance, I may be able to accommodate. We do have a second floor And the stairs can be blocked for pups that can’t do much climbing.
A typical day
We can play in the fenced yard, take walks through the neighborhood, or relax on the couch when they need a little break. We live a block from a beautiful walking path along the Fox River that is perfect for adventures.

I work from home at a very flexible 9-5 Monday-Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, and in the office on Wednesdays. I recently graduated and have endless free time in the evenings now as well.
