This was our first time using rover or a dogsitter at all, and Rachel was great. Very communicative and flexible, and definitely knows how to handle dogs. Our dog is nervous having new people in our house (polices people out of fear), so she came over a couple times in advance to spend some time with him before we went away for three nights, and we walked through some strategies for working with him. When we came home today it was obvious that Rachel is now our dog's new best friend! So glad to have a dogsitter now, so we can finally make some plans that don't involve the dog! Will definitely book with Rachel again.
