Hello I'm Rachel, my husband and I have two young wonderful boy's and Rex a bounding lakeland terrier. We live in our recently renovated house in a little village just outside Retford which is surrounded by an abundance of fabulous walks in the open countryside. I was blessed to be born into a life with dogs and they have been at the heart of my family ever since. Having grown up with THE most wonderful black Labrador 'Ben' it soon became apparent I could not be without a four legged friend in my life. I have had many dogs including a beautiful Collie, a mad curly coated Retriever, cheeky Jack Russell and my beloved Labrador to name a few. Now settled in our recently renovated house I am ready to take on this very exciting opportunity to look after lot's of dogs with my family. We have an amazing space, the garden is huge and is fully secure with electronic gates to the entrance. There is a sizable pebble drive with large patio area also. The house has practical layout, underfloor heating and an aga which are so welcoming to any four legged friend in the colder months. We have baby gates in situ, tiled floor to downstairs. Our children are well use to dogs and we regularly have my parents black Labrador Alfie stay with us. We are flexible to one off visits/walks or regular slots to stay and play. We are happy to welcome all breeds of dogs as long as they are happy with children and get along with our little Rex.
