I had an unexpected admission to the hospital. I’m new to the area with no one to care for my dog Buddy. So I tried Rover and was lucky enough to find Rachel. She came to my hospital room to get him and sent many pics over the next 2 days to ease my anxiety. She took him for long walks and treated him with kindness…WOULD VERY MUCH RECOMMEND

We had the most wonderful experience with Rachel. Ruby, our dog, experiences separation anxiety when we we leave her at an unfamiliar place with people she does not know. She had diarrhoea and did it in Rachel’s apartment. Unfortunately, we were attending our Granddaughters’ dance performance far away and our phones had to be silenced. Rachel called me and texted me. I went outside the theater and called Rachel back. Rachel had handled the situation and just wanted to let me know of Ruby’s situation. I explained the separation anxiety and Rachel knew what to do. Later on, Rachel let me know that Ruby was OK, that she was getting along with Daisy, her pet, and she sent me three photos. Thank you Rachel for your excellent care and communications. We were very happy with Rachel’s service.
