Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs since I can remember, mostly rescues we found on the road or taken in when others couldn’t provide. I’ve taken care of my own dogs and pet sat for family and neighbors for over 10 years. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds and have a 1 year old playful miniature dachshund of my own that we got and have trained since he was 8 weeks old.

Rachel is a is a very attentive and kind dog sitter. She’s always patient with my dog who is older but still acts like a puppy! She’s great with communication and keeping me updated while I’m away. I would recommend Rachel to my fellow dog owners, she’s the best!
I can not say enough good things about Rachel and her love for our Izzy while taking care of her. She was very responsible and did a wonderful job keeping us updated and informed of her care while we were away. She sent constant photos and snap chat pictures and videos, setting us at ease while being away from our fur baby. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her care, and look forward to using her again in the near future. Thanks again!
Rachel was great with Pickles! She kept up with his meds with no issues and did a great job with handling his anxiety and keeping him active. Highly recommend!

I am able to watch them fully throughout the day, sit with them when they need extra attention, and play when they’re wanting to. I can go visit a home and let your dog out when needed, if they have a specific schedule. With my work flexibility, I can bring my laptop with me as needed as well.

If they are good with other dogs, children, or people. If there is anything that spooks or triggers them. Anything specific to look for if they aren’t feeling well or are needing something. And of course, their favorite things to do!
A typical day
We have a dog park at my apartment that is in walking distant of where I stay. We also have a lot of grass to walk around on, and sidewalks around our apartment facility.

Availability
I’m currently working fully remote with a flexible schedule, my work day starts at 8:30 and ends around 4:30-5. I am flexible when it comes to lunch walks and taking breaks to play or go to the park.
