Pet care experience
I've grown up caring for and walking several pets for family, friends and neighbors. I have two pups of my own now-one big and one small! Walking dogs has come to be one of my favorite activities ever. I volunteer at Sunrise Sanctuary (an rescued animal sanctuary) where I've learned so much about animal welfare and connecting people and animals. Our pets are such an important part of our lives and I wanted to join Rover to help others provide the pet care they need.

Rachel’s love for pups is evident, and makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her! Not only will she make sure your dog is well taken care of, she also pays attention to their safety and well-being while out and about. She is mindful of their age, walking ability, and comfort level with other dogs. Would highly recommend!

I have a fenced in private back yard and two dogs--a labradoodle and chihuahua. They are both friendly and playful towards other dogs. They make friends wherever they go. I have a housemate who is also around to give pets extra love.

A typical day
I live near two great parks—Franklin Park and Wolfe Park. If I’m house sitting, I love to take walks and explore the neighborhood or take your pup to a recommended dog park.
