Pet care experience
I'm a new Anchorage transplant from western Colorado looking for a new adventure and furry friends to hang with in my free time! Especially interested in extended stays so I can get to know different areas. My employment for the last several years has been working for the school district, running a small home cleaning business, and home/pet sitting for friends. I've cared for my own or friends' pets regularly for over 20 years. I am patient, playful, and responsible. I can run, hike, walk, or watch movies with your pet- whatever is needed. I especially love hiking and trail running, so if you have a fur child who likes to do that too, please get ahold of me! Also would love to learn and practice any training techniques that you're using. Thanks!

I can personally attest to Rachel being an equally responsible and loving dog caregiver. She has watched two dogs for me in the past. One was young with high energy and dog aggression, and the other was a blind senior dog, thus illustrating the capability to handle a variety of temperaments and needs. She will, without a doubt, keep any person's furry companions safe, loved, and entertained!
Rachel is an avid outdoors person. She loves anything from walking after a nice evening shower to full on mountain hiking. She absolutely loves dogs and respects the needs of owner's pets. She'd be happy to play ball in the backyard or a nice run with them or chill indoors. Rachel is very loveable and will easily transfer that love to any pet!
