Pampering for your fur baby!

Pet care experience

I've been petsitting for almost 20 years and I was able to adopt a sweet senior mini-schnauzer in 2021 named Marty. Marty LOVES other dogs and we would love to keep your dog company while you're out of town. I'm on vacation for the summer so we would love to host your fairy friends for a visit for a day or overnight.

We recently had the pleasure of using Rachel to watch our mini schnauzer mix, Woody, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. It’s clear that Rachel genuinely loves dogs—she took the time to learn everything about Woody to ensure he received the best care possible. Woody is extremely attached to me, and Rachel went above and beyond to make his stay as calm and anxiety-free as possible. Her thoughtful approach and attention to his needs meant a lot to us. We’re very grateful for the care she gave our pup and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, responsible, and attentive dog sitter.

Rachel is absolutely wonderful! She is so flexible and great to work with. It’s our second time working with her and we highly recommend her to any pet parents!

Rachel was wonderful with our two pups! We really enjoyed working with her and meeting her own fur baby, Marty. Thanks for everything, Rachel!

I've known Rachel for years, and she is always engaged, enthusiastic, and respectful. Marty, her own dog, has benefited immensely from her constant attention to his health, diet, and activity level, vastly improving his physical and emotional health since his adoption. Her patience and love for pets is only matched by her consideration for their owners and other caretakers. Ensuring everyone is informed of any problems, questions, or other potential issues through regular communication is always a top priority. She genuinely cares about the lives of everyone involved and is as trustworthy as they come.

Happy to administer oral or injected medication. I will need to do a meet and greet to make sure you're dog is ok with Marty and vice versa.

A typical day

Marty and I always go for a walk first thing then breakfast, playtime, and since he's older, a nap. I'm in graduate school in addition to working so I'm home all day on the weekends. I love to play fetch, tug of war, and hide things for the dogs to dig out of blankets or boxes.
