Pet care experience
For the past few years, I have been fostering dogs through ARF (Walnut Creek) and Muttville (SF). I also consistently watch and care for my friend's animal companions, either in my home or theirs.

I would absolutely have Rachel watch our dog again! Rachel watched our English bulldog Wally for a week - his first time being cared for by anyone other than family so we were a bit nervous. Wally is stubborn, needy and gets over excited and humps a lot and Rachel took it all like a champ - by the middle of the week, they were snuggling like best friends on the couch. She also kept us regularly updated with photos which helped ease our minds while we were away and was great with communication throughout our experience. We highly recommend Rachel!
Our pups LOVED staying with Rachel. She was amazing with communication and sent us the best pictures. Can’t thank her enough for taking such good care of them.
This is the second time Rachel has looked after our little guy, he’s recently been dealing with some health issues and Rachel was amazing with taking care of all of his needs and being extremely accommodating and communicating from booking through to pickup. Rachel is the best!
Rachel was amazing with our senior dog. She took great care of him and sent us regular updates. Rachel was very understanding and accommodating when our travel plans changed. We love that she keeps only one dog at a time and takes great care of your pet.

A typical day
We will play with toys, cuddle, and walk on the trail nearby. They have free reign over sleeping surfaces, I don't mind dogs on the couch or the bed, I'm happy if they are happy and comfy.

Availability
I work from home so your pup can stay with me during the day for attention, love, and plenty of walks. I am very attentive to any dog's needs, walks, water, stimuli, and attention (I also pay attention to see if they have gone potty on our walk and how healthy it appeared - I can supply notes too).
