Rachel was wonderful with our two dogs! We were rather nervous to use the Rover service but Rachel quickly fixed that. She checked in practically every day we were away and she sent pictures of our dogs to reassure us. Rachel followed all of our directions easily (and we had quite a few) and took care of all the unexpected things that came up with our dogs. They loved her and it was incredibly comforting to have her watching them while we were away. We only have nice things to say about Rachel and we'll definitely be using her again!

Rachel is terrific! She can really tune in to the dog. She listens carefully to info about routines so she knows exactly what to do. She came when we agreed she would and sent texts with pictures of the dog. I felt completely comfortable having her take care of Tessa.
