I love all types of pets any age, temperament, smell, or size. I am a very patient pet watcher and I love to get the dogs healthy exercise too. I can take care of anything needed around the house during dog sitting such as light cleaning, bringing in mail, and watering plants.

I have 2 rescue dogs. One of which, is blind and diabetic. She has gone above and beyond in taking care of them when needed. My dogs feel complely comfortable around her. Rachel is kindhearted and loves animals, especially dogs. She is responsible, knowledgeable, and loving. She has experience caring for all types of dogs, large and small, even those with special needs.
Rachel’s the best! I’m usually very picky about who watches my golden, but a friend gave Rachel such a glowing recommendation that I decided to give her a shot. She looked after Phoebe for me when I went out of town last month, sent me pictures of my baby...no matter how many I asked for them LOL. Aside from the feedings and walks, she made sure to give my Phoebe lots of love and affection. I could tell she had a blast. Rachel is very capable and respectful...truly cares about the furbabies. She’s my go-to now!

I prefer smaller breeds under 40lb, but I am open to meeting larger well tempered dogs. I am open to any breed of cat or dog, and if you need additional help with other animals please specify.
A typical day
I love to bring dogs to dog parks if they are comfortable. We can spend time playing with toys, chilling at home, or exploring the neighborhood. I love snuggling with cats and dogs of any size as well, and stimulating their interests with games and toys.

I currently work in Manhattan four days a week. I am available after office hours Monday through Thursday upon request, and Friday through Sunday any time.
