I grew up with a larger retriever for 13 years, which encapsulates the larger part of my animal care experience. I have ample experience walking, feeding (including implementing a variety of medications to her meals), and being a gentle and attentive co-parent to her, especially in her senior years. In college, I co-parented a cat for 2 years and currently I help out with my roommate's dachshund as needed. In addition to living with these pets, I have petsit and cared for many of my friends' and neighbors' pets over the years.
