Recently moved to Minneapolis from Grand Rapids MI. I previously volunteered at the western michigan humane society for three years walking and socializing with dogs before they're adopted. I've been dog sitting for five years for dogs of all sizes and ages. I like to keep their schedule as close to normal as possible. I love spending time with them outside, walking, hiking, playing catch and cuddling with them at the end of the day. My boyfriend and I live in aprartments located right on the greenway trail. We’re very close to Lake Calhoun and the surrounding parks for walks. I treat every dog like it's my own and can offer text and photo updates while you are away. Can't wait to meet your dog!

I've know Rachel for almost 15 years and I can't think of anyone better to trust my fur children with! From living with her for 4 years in college, I can tell you she is clean, responsible, and trustworthy. She has been around my pack of dogs (i have 4) and they know a good person when they smell it. If we didn't live 2 and a half hours away, not only would she be one of my best friends, she would also be my dog sitter!
Rachel is one of the few people I trust to watch my dog, Griswold, who can be a handful. Rachel is a true dog lover and has even gone so far as to be a foster for dogs waiting for their homes. Rachel always makes sure the dogs in her care get tons of exercise and always treats them as if they were her own. I'm never sure who is more excited to see the other: Rachel or Griswold! I have personally seen Rachel care for dogs with behavior issues as well as elderly dogs. No matter the dog, I couldn't think of anyone with a more natural ability to bond with dogs and make them comfortable in her care.
