I’m studying equine science with a particular interest in holistic health care, and I’ve had a huge heart for animals since I was little. I’ve been riding horses for 13 years and prefer spending all my time at the barn. That being said, horse people bring their pets everywhere, so I’m constantly surrounded by my animals and others’ wherever I go. I leased and competed with a horse with special medical needs throughout high school, and my family dog is a German Shepherd with numerous skin and stomach sensitivities I am very accustomed to caring for. I have house/farm/pet sat for so many of my peers and trainers and friends over the years that know me through riding and horse showing, so animal care is something I care a lot about and have plenty of experience doing.
