Pet care experience
It's easy enough to say you love dogs but I love them so much that I'm named in my friend's will as the inheritor of her dog, over her husband! I even have a goddog! I grew up with a black lab (and best friend) who lived to the age of 17, and have been taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs for years, since I have two non-dog loving cats. I just moved to San Diego and am flexible with my time, I'm looking forward to meeting the pups of San Diego and exploring the neighborhood with them. I've taken care of pups of all sizes and ages, from small dachshunds, the happiest rottweiler, an older boxer mix, to a very playful German shepherd.

Rachel is fantastic with dogs! She watched Bucket (my Anatolian Sheppard) a few times and she did not want to leave Rachel - she had to be dragged home. Bucket is extremely high energy and is a quirky dog and Rachel was great with her! Rachel took Bucket for walks every day and gave her the love and attention Bucket craves. If we still lived in the DC area, Rachel would still be my first choice!
