I have always had a passion for animals since I was a little girl, especially dogs. I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to love, care, and play with your fur baby. I enjoy walking with dogs, and have an open availability since I’m at home full time. I have 20 plus years of experience. I have dog sat a pug, Keena, for a few years and also a lab mix, Ellie. I enjoy cats as well, and have taken care of them while house sitting. I am an honest, understanding, trustworthy, dependable, observant, patient, fun loving, and hardworking individual that takes pride in what I do. I have known Rachel for at least 15 years and Rachel has always loved animals. I don’t think she has ever met one she doesn’t love. She has such a strong passion for dogs and cats. She is also protective of them and treats them like family. I can’t say enough to describe how much she truly loves dogs. It is like she has an understanding and connection with them from the soul.
I would recommend Rachel to walk or watch anyones pet. Rachel is responsible, caring and will treat your pet as one of her family just like you do. I had Rachel watch my 3 dogs for me on more than one occasion and I would gladly do so again because I know if Rachel is watching them, I don't have to worry if they are being taken care of. Rachel followed all my request to the T and understood why I had certain ways I like to have my dogs taken care of. You won't be disappointed if you pick Rachel to take care of your fur baby.
Rachel S. Is the most loving and caring pet sitter that I have ever hired. She is my #1 go to call for when I need help with my 2 cats and 1 dog. I never worry about my fur babies when I leave Rachel in charge. It is so nice to know there is a person that loves my animals just as much as I do. She sends me pictures and updates daily and when I do get back from business trips, they are happy to see me but whine when Rachel leaves the house. They know her by her first name and when I say “Do you want me to call Rachel?” They perk their ears, wag their tails and start barking and meowing in anticipation to see their second mom. It is so beautiful and I am so lucky to have found the best care giver for them.
Rachel has watched our family's 2 pets (one cat and one dog) on two occasions while we were out of town on vacations. We had great experiences with her both times and highly recommend her services. She is clearly an animal lover and great with animals; she takes her time with in caring for them, anticipates their emotional needs in the absence of their owners and ensures her own understanding of what is expected to make sure no need is left unmet for both the owners and animals. We will definitely use her in the future for our pet sitting needs!

I would like to know if your dog suffers from anxiety, and if so what can I do to help calm their nerves? Do they have any dietary restrictions or afraid of storms and/or loud noises? I do not have any breed preferences, all dogs are welcome.
A typical day
Your dog will not only get plenty of love and attention while on my watch, but I will make sure he/she is safe. We can go on walks in my neighborhood or at the park, play fetch, frisbee, tug of war, or even play with some of your favorite toys.
