Current Services: Dog Walking and Home Visits I started my very first dog walking/pet sitting business at the age of 12! Every school break I would host (with the blessing of my incredibly understanding parents) a different neighborhood dog while their family enjoyed a lovely vacation. One of my regulars was a border collie names Mickey. He had some lung issues and required a nebulizer treatment every morning. I was never lucky enough to have a dog of my own growing up, so I treat each dog that spends time with me as my own. While college and traveling put the pet care business on pause, I never strayed too far from working with animals. In college I rode for the equestrian team, and spent plenty of time with the barn dogs! In my travel adventures, two of my jobs were taking care of horses in Ireland and 4 large dogs in Colombia. Now that I have come full circle, dog walking/pet sitting is once again my passion project! Rest assured knowing that peace of mind for pet parents is always my TOP priority and guarantee consistent communication and updates with ALL of my services. A vacation, or even just another day at work, is always more enjoyable when you know your furry family member is happy and being well cared for! Additional Relevant Experience: - Fostered kittens (included administering medications and bottle feeding) - 12 years experience with riding and caring for horses, trained an off-track thoroughbred) - Volunteer at SPCA of Wake County - I love to run and could help out with your high energy pup!
