Looking for Part Time Companions
Pet care experience
Active hiker who would love some part time companions on the trails. I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to be home during the days. I would love a dog personally but cannot afford to give it the life it deserves at the moment. I have a great office space in my home that is dedicated to dog supplies (bed, toys, etc.) and a small unfenced yard that is perfect for outdoor needs (on a leash). What sets me apart is that I am home all days of the week during the day, I had a dog and a horse growing up, and I am already out on hikes might as well take a dog with me for company and protection! I am also a photographer so you can expect to get some pics of your pup out and about with me during the day. I don't have any special requirements or allergies, just a dog lover :)

Rachel regularly cared for my sweet pup, Ren - She always followed through on her commitments and communicated very well. Rachel made sure that Ren's needs were always taken care of, she is a very active and spunky dog, so I really appreciated her desire to engage with Ren and burn off some of her energy. When I was gone for the weekend Rachel would send me some photos to let me know that Ren was okay! Your dog will be in great hands with Rachel!
I could not recommend Rachel enough! She was fantastic with my little Oscar. He is extremely shy and she knew exactly how to keep him comfortable and happy. While I was away I received beautiful daily pictures of him on walks, car rides, napping, and she even took him out to lunch with her! I hate leaving Oscar, so I am super glad I came in contact with Rachel! I wouldn't trust anyone else!
I had Rachel watch my lab when I went to Ft Lauderdale for spring break. I was gone for about 5 days. During the trip she would send me pictures about 1-2 a day and a little message about what they were up to. It made me miss him but I was happy seeing him have a great time being out and about with Rachel. Her house is clean and had no odor of smoking. She’s flexible and a great communicator. She is now my go to sitter when I need someone to watch my boy.
