Pet care experience
I have over 20 years experience in small animal veterinary care. I am eperienced and comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dog, love caring for cats, chickens, horses, etc. No animal is too big or too small! Offering dog walks of varying lengths and terrain, in home visits to keep your beloved pet company while you are at work, play dates to dog parks and trail hikes. Also available for medical visits, administering medications (including insulin, cartrophen, allergy meds), and basic grooming services such as brushing, dematting, ear cleaning and nail clipping. Animals are my life's passion. Caring for animals isn't what I do it's who I am - I'll be your best friend's second best friend!

Had our first walks with Rachel this week-end and everything went great. The dogs enjoyed their walk in the area, got to stretch their legs and do all their business. We really appreciated the timely updates and pictures. The pups are looking forward to their next walking dates with Rachel, thanks for everything.

Our 2 Afghan hounds are high energy, require very individualized care (show dogs) and the 2yr old had not been left with anyone due to Covid. Rachel showed enthusiasm for the assignment, came for an introductory meeting and was excellent at listening to our very specific instructions and following through with them, at times using her own initiative with the picky eater. She provided pictures and updates continually which made us feel more confident. The house was left exactly as it was found as well. We were very impressed with her care of our dogs and home and will happily use her again and recommend her to friends.

I believe that a tired dog is a happy dog, and happy dogs is what I do! I like to combine physical activity with mental stimulation such as treat hunting on the trails, training exercises, and stimulation toys
