Pet care experience
My love for pets started when I was super young. My mom always owned cats and finally let me get two dogs when I was 12! I grew up taking care of my own pets & pet sitting for my parents friends as well! I enjoy taking care of pets so much because my love for them is never ending. Animals of any kind have a special place in my heart.

Rachel did a great job boarding my cat! When I came back from vacation, my cat acted like her normal self at home and didn't seem stressed about having been without me for several days. I'm so happy I was able to leave her in the comfort of Rachel's care!
Rachel was so kind and flexible, and readily gave updates on how my cat Jeff was doing. Jeff quickly became friends with the other cats at the house, and seemed comfortable soon after I left. Would definitely rebook with Rachel again in the future!
Rachel is the best! She’s cared for two of our dogs now and has been great to communicate with and I know that our pups are in wonderful hands.
Rachel was great watching my cat for the weekend! Sent pics and updates and I had no worries she was in good hands, and Penelope was happy and healthy when I returned!

I always show the pets I am looking after where their food and water is, and a litter box if I am watching a kitty! I feed the pets I watch per the owner’s request. When watching dogs, I let them out frequently & walk them on a leash for potty breaks. Depending on the owner’s requests, I can also take dog’s for daily walks as well. I let pets snooze on my couches and bed also, unless the owner does not want their dog or cat on furniture. I do allow dogs and cats to sleep on my bed with me as well if they are spending the night.

Let me know ahead of time if your dog or cat needs oral medication. I am more than happy to administer your pets medicine for them! When pet sitting, It is important to know how often you would like me to feed your dog. Let me know if your dog dislikes being around other dogs as well so I avoid the dog park & walk areas with a lot of other dogs around.
A typical day
I usually go for 30 minute walks twice a day with dogs. If the owner is comfortable with going to the dog park, I also love letting the dogs I sit for go to the dog park and run around. I also play fetch and chase with dogs!

Availability
I currently am a college student at The University of St. Thomas, but my schedule is flexible and not extremely busy. I have a few classes each day which are about an hour long. (With one hour breaks between them) Wednesdays are my busiest days with class and my final class that day ends at 4:30 pm. (With free time in between classes) Tuesdays and Thursdays I only have one class from 9:55-11:40 am. On Mondays & Fridays my last class ends at around 1 pm, but I have breaks in between my classes that day as well:)
