Hi there! I'm Rachel, a 30-year old animal lover who would love the opportunity to care for your four-legged friend! I currently reside in the Brandon area and have 9+ years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, as well as guinea pigs on occasion. Some of this experience has involved me visiting daily to care for pets while their owners were at work. Other times, it would be a combination of animal care and house sitting while the owners were on vacation. I absolutely LOVE dogs, but I'm unable to be a pet parent just yet. I thought this would be a great way to be able to interact with fur babies on a regular basis. I have experience caring for seniors as well as puppies. Rachel was AMAZING with our pup. She was super thorough with everything so he felt comfortable & stayed on his routine (which made us feel more comfortable leaving for the weekend). She stayed in communication through the entire weekend & sent so many pictures/videos! Rachel also kept the place clean, which is a huge help after coming home from vacation! We’ll definitely reach out in the future when we need a dog sitter!!

Rachel was amazing with Nala. She took her for walks and brushed her regularly. Most importantly to Nala, many, many belly rubs. We received photos throughout our trip and it was obvious Nala was very comfortable with Rachel and was being spoiled. We can’t thank Rachel enough for caring for her while we were gone. We’ve already mentioned having her stay again. Highly recommend!
Rachel is absolutely amazing! She stayed with our 8 year old pup for a week and kept my mind at ease the entire time. I was nervous about leaving my dog with a stranger but when we left Becca with Rachel, I could tell that Rachel was not a stranger! She sent lots of updates and kept me worry free! Will definitely ask Rachel to watch Becca in the future.

Let me know if your pet has any special needs outside of a typical routine. I have experience administering medications and would be comfortable doing so. I would also like to know if your dog has any sort of temperament issues, including leash aggression, separation anxiety, etc.

-Additional Information: I love going for walks and playing fetch with the dogs I care for. I'm pretty active, so I can usually keep up with high-energy breeds, but I also enjoy taking care of senior pets and making them feel ultra comfortable. If your dog has any favorite places (dog parks, beaches, etc.) I would be happy to bring them there and explore with them.
